A lifetime ago...

​Six years ago, my surly sea sprite was brand new to me, and we were facing smoke. I still considered myself a roadie, and could hang with the best on two wheels.
Life is different now, Today, she’s gathering dust because our air has been so heavy and unbreathable. And her captain has been doing more inner work than outer training. Seeking the balance, because that is the end game! Balance... it may be elusive... but...

I have been remaking myself, doing the dance of inner shadow work 🌠
and healing, and outer play as manifestation in helping others. I Love the play of inner and outer wellness, how we get to live our highest lives!

I have been working on healing myself so i can empower others to do the same. I’d love for you to avoid some of the road hazards I’ve encountered:

• Pharmaceutically-caused unintended side effects.
• An endless loop of invasive, chemical solutions that doctors preferred to repeat, instead of considering an alternative.
• Running on the hamster wheel, because it’s “what we do” to get it all done, and wiping out with total adrenal exhaustion.
• Compare and despair. All around me, from my workmates, to my friends and family, always feeling I was not enough.
• Choosing the career path that was my “next logical step” instead of reflecting on what legacy I wanted to create for my life and family.
• Sacrificing years of restful sleep as fitful bouts of anxiety and self-abuse, worried about not working hard enough, at everything.
• Poor digestion that went on for years, embarrassing at work and play, with no solutions that lasted.
• Brain fog and difficulty finding focus to set tasks and accomplish them when I wanted to.
