My favorite standard wellness aromatherapy treatment is 60 minutes, because it facilitates a deeply calming experience and allows time to sink into the energy work.  If needed, there is a 30 minute treatment option for you. I also offer packages if you are needing to focus in on a particular area for your wellness lifestyle.  Short term, frequent visits are very supportive for the cells to "reset" and find their way to healthy function again.
