In Celebration of Women.

Seen. Heard. Validated. Supported. Worthy. Backed. Safe. Home.
These little words don't seem like a lot, but they tell the story of a lot of us. How we WISH we felt. At some point or another.
Now? Then.
I decided some time back, that I would do what it took to support women. I would lead circle, I would invite healing, I would empower. I would sing, I would teach, I would write, I would...burn out deeply.
I never knew how much I needed these little words. 

I write today to invite you to sacred time. A sacred Reclamation of the Goddess Within. The Sacred Consort, the Creative Muse, who travels through this lifetime with us. Waiting patiently for us to wake up, realize how Important she IS. Find time to seek connections with her. 
As the shadows get shorter and we move into this time of equal hours in light and dark, the energy is building... and at last! It Is Time!
I am beyond thrilled to share with you the April Play-Shop that my good friend, Counselor, Yoga Teacher, and Expressive Movement Expert Lynette and I are leading!  You know me, and maybe know that I studied Yoga in Nepal, Japanese Restorative Massage in Reno, and served as a Shaman's Apprentice for a period of time. Lynette and I have so much fun collaborating, we cannot wait to share this juiciness with you! We will be moving and uncovering, playing with color and sound, uncovering our own desires, knowings, and tools including Aromatherapy, free expression, dance, meditation, powerful affirmations and Sacred Time and Space in Circle with other Like-Hearted Women. I see you, Sister. We are all gathered around the fire, in the garden, in the forest, on the beach, wouldn't it be so super to be TOGETHER!?

As we gather in circle, there is magic in each story. Each present spirit. Each journey, we mirror the magic and Love that WE ARE back to each other.
