In these uncertain and volatile times, it can be so easy to focus on the external sources of chaos, stress, pain and suffering. News from all over the world, adding to our feelings of overwhelm and helplessness. And yet… are ANY times not uncertain? There is a crescendo happening, my tribe. A crescendo that is greatly impacting our sensitives. Our young. Our middle aged. Our aging. A tidal wave of perceived crisis and confusion. Our sensibilities are being muddied by this tidal wave as post after post, crashes over our bow. We have been swept up into this frenzy, fed by social media and instant news from around the world, all the time, at all hours. People are vibrating higher and more shrilly than ever before: could it be the 5G? the internet and wifii signals everywhere? The collective consciousness? GMO foods? Nonstop device attention? All. Of. It. Hits Us. Our nervous system, limbic system. Locking us into constant adrenaline/ flight or fight. How do we counter this? I’m not suggesting we put our heads in the sand. Bypassing anything. Just consider the fact that we are electric beings. Magnetic. Energetic. And we are all connected. This makes it crucial to get our own emotional systems in order, tend our own garden, before reacting/responding to the outside world. So we may find balance before we take in the storms of the outer world. What can be done? Focus inward, within the home. How can we best refill our wellspring and boost our family's immunity naturally? We need to tend our own wellness. Our own emotional and physical state, before we can truly help anyone else. I look to the wellness pyramid for clues: eat well. Yes Gladys, 12 servings of veggies and fruits each day. Sleep well and manage our stress responses. Get plenty of exercise, which can help us shed the skin of stress also, and clean our systems out. Detox our home and body. It all adds up! I encourage you to look into natural solutions. Find protection without causing secondary problems. Much of this can be soothed naturally: The oils in our OnGuard blend have been around since the Black Plague. They can help us remain resilient, if we use them in tandem with your other wellness steps. Melissa, or lemon balm, has been found effective in disrupting the life cycle of viruses. Our Oregano and Melaleuca, when used together, have been shown to be effective at slicing the cells of bacteria and virus open, killing the organisms. Beauty is still here. Love abounds and is overflowing. Inspiration is full circle and is all around us. Nature renews and is a source of divinity when we can spend our breaths in its presence. Simplicity. Clarity. Love. In this time of clarity and confusion, our inner muddy waters need to be stilled in order to settle and clear. I personally love a good mantra, a repeated phrase, used with my oils, to drill in and bring intention to my life-out loud. I make sticky notes with my focus phrase on them, and post them in my car, on the fridge, and on my bathroom mirror. I take three deep breaths with my head tilted back, deeply inhaling the aromas from my hands. Then, either sitting quietly, with a candle, or looking into the mirror and making eye contact with my own self. Quietly, or out loud, I repeat three times: “I now adopt the belief that all things work together for my good.” Breathe in peace as you say this, and see golden peace flowing over your body. As you do this, deepen your breaths so you continue opening to this idea and softening into your rhythmic flow of breath, of beauty, of your own soul’s essence.
Three minutes a day, working on breath. That’s all it takes, to change your DNA forever. This is my wish for you. My friend, take deep breaths and great care today. I will be staging some workshops for making your own hand sanitizer, using a recipe from the CDC over the next weeks. This can be a Super effective way to naturally be protective of our system. And support life by not lowering our immunity. Be well, and please share by sending to a friend who might also benefit. And for all you DO and ARE… thank you!

Does this seem unusual to you? Sort of like, someone leaning into spirituality and letting that inform what they do next about healthy living, and how to give others permission to do the same?
. It doesn't need to be this unusual. For example, the first time we saw this dragon, out on a family run, it occurred to me that WE too, are a pack of dragons. And while the dragon seemed like a little whimsey, it goes far deeper for us. It is a symbol of bending and folding and leaning in. . As a tribe of dreamers, of health enthusiasts, critical thinkers, of barefoot gardeners and die hard nature lovers, we make decisions and focus in on what will this do for the planet? What will this mean for our health? How does this impact our community? What is the happiness quotient, in the long run? What do night dreams tell us, of our day dreams? And how do we fold them all together? . My Vedic charts say I am a "Doctor of 100 medicines," and while I totally identify with this reading, it does not look traditional in the western world. No, we natural healers do not get big kickbacks from big Pharma, like medical doctors in this country. When I hear about medical healers being critical of what I do, I have to laugh. Because they DO get those dollars, and wow does that feel short of what is needed. And, the more decisions I see made in this time, the more proud I am of this fact that I do NOT march with them. I am a biophiliac. an organic gardener. I am an environmental toxicologist. a subversive. I am a hydrologist. a reader of your waters. I am a children's author. a pot stirrer. I am a die hard wellness scientist. a natural health advocate. I am committed to the Universal golden rule and natural law. a spiritual speaker and seeker. . What does that mean? It means I have studied. It means I have and continue to consciously tap in, to the thread that is greater than all of us. It means I do trust my instinct, and my experience integrating worlds. It means that I am passionate and I will stand for you, for your children, in ways that might surprise you. It means that I am healing, it is why I do what I do, and in honor, I will share healing skills and tools with others. It means I will empower you, if you will let me. It means I will hold sacred space for you. For your process, for your voice quivering and finding, for your rage meeting and moving, for your truth uncovering and identifying, for your wings unfurling, for your soul's delight. I will honor those who have gone before. I continue to remember those who have chosen to leave the planet, who were not ready to adjust to this, time of times. I sit in silence and bring presence to the whole of what IS. The brokenness. The beauty. The clarity. The trust. The fact that there is an infinite galaxy of possibilities, just beyond our periphery. The trust. And until our wings unfurl and we unleash our last breath, we may NOT know that these are here and possible. The trust. Planet Earth, we have so much good and so do you. Earth Dwellers, do not believe all that is before you, all that is spoken, all that is limited and human. Lift your eyes to the stars, and remember, deep down and way back in our evolution, that we are each made of stardust. You. Me. Sit with that. There is so much beyond what we know. Our job is to find our trust. To do our best. To find a good place to fix our gaze, despite the brokenness. To be present with what beauty we do have. . Here and now. Use the tools. Did you forget? ...Then you must Find a teacher. A path finder. A way shower. A light bearer. A lighthouse. Do what needs to be done. And always, fix your eyes to the stars. This comes with love. Finding hope is not usually considered a stretch, but oooh how important it is now. Speaking to hope, speaking to counter dread, doomsday, and cynicism.
. Speaking to beauty. And inviting others to do same. . Feel the feelings. Do not shut them down, Feel them, get them out of you, break dishes and coconuts if you need to. . And then get back to work. . This is the real work. . Louise Hay taught that the physical body talks to us, shows us our inner selves and what it is that needs to be healed. That there is an infinite wisdom there, if we can tap into it. . So your tight IT bands, your painful sacrum, that shoulder injury, your knee "issue". What is that really speaking to? . Don't let these things go unchecked. And have them become a hardening. Find your fluid flow. Your voice in the wilderness. Your one thing that is stretching, limbering up, getting those old joints moving again. Dig into Ms. Hay's book, "Heal your body, heal your life" and find some meaning behind them. . Dig in and go deep. Then sit with it, the pain, the reason, the suffering. . Find tools for limbic support, spiritual comfort, and blessed shift. And Yes. I can help. I hold Women's Circles on the corners of the year. And I give Wellness Consultations to yield fruit in this process. If you have interest in either, please reach out. . And then find tools for stretching those ligaments and muscles. Warm them, give them circulation, move them. Again, natural plant remedies from the source allows healing that is deeper and greater. Healing is much easier when we have uncovered what it is that causes the pain. Intentionally warming, bringing awareness, forgiving, and treating. I love empowering those healings with AromaTouch, with Symphony of the Cells, and with consultation. . And the two, emotional and physical, are supported by the spiritual. One can lead the other in receiving messages. And both can be buoyed up by the inner work. Let hope be the salve. . Let the work be the work. Do not allow passivity to rob you of your voice. Do not allow resignation to be the two ton bag you carry on your back. It is not yours to carry. Lay it down and give it a good burial. It does not need to continue on with you. . How, you ask? . Get a good journal and write it out. cry it out. run ten miles, punch pillows, anything that moves you, and get it out. of. you. . These are not called the Time of Times, for nothing. We are being called upon to uncover, to unfurl, to empower, to step fully into our highest Being. Not highest Doing, but highest BEING. . Your Soul will Thank You. And you will find peace. And a way out of pain. I urge you, do not wait another day. Pull the thorn out, and let the healing begin. . I AM here when you are ready. This week, we draw down into the darkness, into our own darkness, to remember and call forth the light returning. It is the halfway point between the Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox. It can be a very long winter. Feel like there is such a long path ahead. Especially now. Hope is so important. When our motivation can be low, it requires that we dip in deep to intrinsic Inspiration. Bringing up hope and resonance for response, rather than reaction, to this darkness. There is an urgency here, as I feel the ancient pulls of celebration of pregnant ewes in the old world. The warmth of hearth fires against the strain of cold outside. I seek my answers in chilly soils this day, sinking my seeds into the straw and dung. Blessing the hands that plant, the heart that nurtures, and our property that hungers. I carry flower petals with me, to bring more beauty medicine into my day- a balance of masculine and feminine as the balance point. As in between winter and spring, this day is fruition in the joining of divine male and female, as in the sheep, made complete with swelling buds and milk. Not for me, but as I tend the fertile soils and burn a red candle, may my heart be gladdened by the fertility dance in the garden, and celebrate the fecundity, the beauty, and the true presence of all that is growing, pulsing, budding and good. All that is REAL. Family. Friends. Community. Planet. May I be present enough to stay present. To bring myself back when the squirrels running their races and storing treasures off-shore have distracted me. Back to what is real. Back to what is needed of me, at this time. Back to the solid need for balance. And Breath. And Bone.
Friend, I send you a wish for balance in this, time of times. May our collective buds burst forth with abundant flowers and kindness yielding rich harvest steeped in our highest intentions. May we each support one another in our own highest good. May we find our voices to have the tool in asking for what we need. And from that overflow, sharing with another. P.S. March 1, 11-4 pm (must pre-register through Copper Cat Studios) Friends, I write this today in all my humanity. The feelings popping up around goals, achievements, holiday expectations and plans, the wild busy-ness of our western lives. The elation we feel when we have learned an important lesson, achieved a goal, or had a big breakthrough can sometimes be met with a period of low feelings afterward. Today is a great example…after the huge effort a holiday can be, the letdown can make us feel unsure and not know where to turn. Often, we feel best when we are working on a project or vigorously pursuing a goal. AND there is nothing at all wrong with spending a day, a week, or even a month simply existing and not having a plan. Just be. It won't be long before we will embark upon the next voyage of growth and discovery. This time can feel like our next step is unclear, and cause us to feel disconnected, even as a mild depression. In simply being, and going through the motions of everyday life, we reconnect with our priorities in a very organic, unforced way. This mindful, transitional pause can take many forms. For some, it can be a period of reflection that helps us understand how our life has unfolded. Just because we are not headed swiftly to a final destination doesn't mean we should assume that we have lost our drive. The stage between journeys can become a wonderful period of relaxation that prepares us for the path that will soon be revealed! Finding tools to help us breathe, sit back, and feel contentment during our resting periods can be important in flipping the script and allowing nurturing within. Some simple essential oil recipes that can help with finding contentment include: Inspiring Blend (Passion) – Diffuse a few drops or apply to pulse points, to transition any agitation or lack of control into knowing that the present moment is all that matters.
Geranium – Rub a drop over your heart to indulge in a few things you appreciate about yourself right here and now. Roman Chamomile (or Serenity blend) – Diffuse a couple of drops or drip into a cup of Epsom salts and then disperse in the bath to soak up what you love right now. Enjoy the emotional benefits of these oils! I wish all the healthiest holidays to you. All your celebration of what is Light in the world and your life, all your acknowledgements of where you have traveled through space and time over the last 365 days, all of the growth you and your beautiful heart have made happen. If you are yearning for some resetting, some gentle restorative detoxing after this wild holiday action, we have some great events coming for you to choose from. As always, know that our schedule is posted on www.midtownessentialoils.com/events if you aren’t on social media, and you can reach out to me directly with any questions. Much love, and many thanks for all you Are. Blessings, Lynell, Tom and A-Pax Dearest Friends, First of all, Thank YOU! What we give energy to grows, so I am focusing on all the lovely personalities and characters in my life. Yes, that’s YOU! 'Tis is the season of gratitude for a better attitude. Yes, in ME! I’d like to especially thank those who joined us for the Women’s Spiral last month. It filled me up to overflow so fantastically, I intend to hold gatherings regularly, perhaps in alignment with the corners of the year. There was so much sharing and energy exchange! Intentions, Acknowledgement, Luscious Presence. Please watch for the email notice and join us in January! Drop me a note if this is of interest to you, to be sure you are on my list. This last month has been such a great reflection for me. 🔥All the good things to be grateful for. I love how November brings out the gratitude in us, for the external things around us that are positive and nourishing. And in December, I am feeling more tired and a need for some hibernation coming on. In this season of “busy,” what about those quiet, inner things? Reflection. Solitude. Contentment. Blessed humility. Generosity of Spirit. These are all fed by retreat. Slowing and breathing more deeply. At this time of year, we get to be intentional. Slowing breaths. Sleeping a little more. Stretching our shadows out to the edge of the horizon. ✨✨✨✨✨ I want to share this delightful blend of oils with you today, for your diffuser. For all the hats you wear, for inner alignment no matter what you do, who you are, what you dream... “Attitude of Gratitude” 1 d. Siberian Fir (Gives perspective, comfort with meaningful purpose), 2 d. Frankincense (Oil of Truth, connecting Soul with its Inner Light), 2 d. Wild Orange (This instills the belief that you can accomplish your dreams…Abundance), 1 d. Patchouli (Takes all that Passion and Strength, grounds into spirit). As we move more fully into this holiday season, please don’t forget to take great care of YOU. If that means more downtime, find a way. If that means more juicy time with those you love, make that happen. If that means an extra hour of quiet, committing to arising an hour earlier before the kids wake up, listen and commit to reconnecting with your Source and candlelight. ✨This is the times of times, and self nurturing is more important now than ever. Reach out if you would benefit from a wellness tune-up. When stressed, this community can support us to dig deeper for routine that overflows us, so we may better serve All. ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ In other healing news, I have become Ordained as a Minister through the Universal Life Church! I am excited to announce that I am providing wellness services for our community! Included are the AromaTouch and Symphony of the Cells treatments. If you have not experienced these, You will love how these support our systems on a cellular level. Harkening back to my days of massage training, these are the application of oils to the entire spine in sequence, for desired emotional, mental, physical, "quality of life-boosting" outcomes. These can be foundational for detoxing/destress, boosting immunity, reducing inflammation, and a return to homeostasis. I have a package special happening right now, 5 treatments for 200$. Reach out if you’d like to get a bundle and share with friends as healing gifts... or save for yourself! So Many Blessings to you as we close this decade together. 🌙 In Gratitude, Lynell Holy wow, it's November! The month of gratitude, Scorpio, and my birthday month! In fullest gratitude for your presence in my life, I want to offer you some sweetness. I need to ask if you feel like a VIP? Do you crave connections with powerful and inspired women? Do you look around and find yourself longing for more abundance, quality friendships and gratitude in your life? Are you stoked to explore ways you can personally make a lasting positive impact in this world? If you responded YES to any of these questions, please reach out and let's chat. I am starting (more) regular support and empowerment groups, and would love to bring you in to our rich community of safety, of sacred, in the tapestry of circle. I find this time of year sends me railing against old patterns, ready to launch and start anew with positive emotions, routines, rules of life. You may have heard the saying, “How we begin our day, becomes our life.” This is a great time to uplevel our joy and health for positivity! I see us dropping our old habits and patterns that no longer serve like cottonwood leaves in the fall breeze…dropping gently to the river. In this Scorpio sun, it’s a great time to dig deep, and bring hidden fears into the light for healing and release… so we can be free in moving forward with an open heart. This fall, I have been struggling a little with trusting the universe. I find myself listening to podcasts, among these some psychologists speaking on mental health. The notion of “real” stress and “perceived” stress. What is the difference, where the brain is concerned? There is NO difference. Whether we are caught in a swirl of emotional response, or really ARE being chased by a tiger and in fight or flight for real circumstance. And the former is a great recipe for exhausting our endocrine system. This messes up our thyroid, our melatonin, upps our cortisol, and imbalances all the things. “The World is Malleable.” -Bono If this is true, then what is needed is step into our truth, and ask for what we need. Seems so simple… to get real and get present. And spend some moments in silence with ourselves to uncover that thing. Sometimes, an over-busy life can feel lacking in whimsy. In Art-Full-Ness. In creativity and inspired action! When we are inspired, we can find tools to become empowered. When we are empowered, we live in a place of standing in our truth and asking for what we need, and are supported by the universe…and only then, can we shine our lights as brightly as possible. When we are illuminated, we light the path for others. We give them permission to do the same, and bring hope to the world. They say it takes 3 positive thoughts to battle with one negative thought. So what are three things you simply Adore about -YOU? Three things you wouldn’t want to give up, for anything. Things that define you. What would accentuate your favorite three things, allowing your soul to unfurl and share its precious beauty with this world the most easily? Less commitments? Fewer daily appointments? Less noise? Less clutter? More quiet? More Creating and Less Task Lists? Maybe you get clear about what it is that is NOT your genius, so you can hire these lesser aspects out. Maybe you reclaim your time to do what truly fills you. If you feel the need to have accountability and create a manifesto, reach out. I would be honored to invite you into the circle and support your path! Shoot me an email, let me know three things you love about yourself, and allow me to ideate that which would make your path easier.
In this season of outrageous beauty, anticipation and urgency, I appreciate you. Like the wind longs to dance in your hair, common unity craves a moment to connect inspired beings. I have a special Thank-Full diffuser blend for you, to support your conscious manifesting in gratitude! May your next eight weeks, the end of the decade, be exactly what you need this time to be. 2d - Lime, the oil of Zest for Life! 2d - Siberian Fir, the oil of Perspective 3d - Wild Orange, the oil of Abundance 1d - Sandalwood, oil of Sacred Devotion When I use this blend, I say a little mantra. Here it is, just in case it speaks to you: May my needs be met fully, that I may be of highest service to this world. May my heart be guided with perspective in gratitude and lightness of devotion, and may I continue trusting Divine to lead me where I need to be for our highest intentions. Blessed Be. Dear Friends,
I have been noodling on a few concepts for this post, and everything that’s come to mind has blown up in some way or another. Too much of something, too little of something else. Until now. This full moon has rocked some things loose inside me. As we wandered back to our room through the UC Berkeley campus last night, the heavy full moon kept us company, hungry raccoons reminded me of my desire to be a generous protector, and our compadres on the redwood trail kept things interesting and fun. In this state of meandering downhill back into town, I realized that in my dream of balance, perhaps there IS no balance… that maybe it is a case of instead, turning our attention from one valuable part of ourselves to another. From one important thing to another, in an easefully shifting way. I find myself here again in this familiar place, and surrender to my highest self the parts of my unconscious belief patterns that no longer serve. I have been given the gift of seeing these things as beautifully colored leaves gently leaving my branches, drifting down to rest on mother earth. I look to the stars to understand the intensity of this time, the struggles for power happening around the globe, and I see my own struggles as a macrocosm of the whole planet. What a perfect time for surrender. My moving into surrender and gratitude for all that IS, has allowed a graceful ease in calling forth that which I believe feeds my highest good. My family and friends who move through the world from the heart. My routines supporting my best health and highest fitness, so I may serve others most easily and in humility. A sense of peace for where we are, and where it is I wish to go. To take my tribe, paddle my canoe, turn my attention in those directions that I have been striving for and dreaming about. This means I am nursing myself back to full health, compassionately. I am gently upping my physical activity in a little time each day, heading back to a full time routine. Approaching my obstacles curiously, and finding my inner aiki to see what it is they wish to share, so I better understand and can move around them. My focus professionally looks like a well-oiled flow, in both worlds of water and wellness. And I strive to shoot for two things in this new moon phase, that stoke the creative fire in my belly! How are YOU moving through the world in this season? 🔥What is it that YOU envision and enliven in this full moon manifestation? 🔥What do you crave, more than anything else? 🔥What legacy do you wish to leave this precious world? 🔥How far can you move those dreams, in the last months of the decade? Friends, I am serious in my offer to partner consciously with you. I am leading a manifestation workshop to get at the wholest and highest goodness we can each offer through this next wild season of the year. We will move through a guided meditation, celebrate new understandings of our collective shifting mindset, and create together our personal fall signature blend tools to take home! NOV. 3: I am working with Copper Cat Studio in Sparks to host an emotional aromatherapy and art workshop on November 3, 10-3: to Unleash your Inner Goddess with supported mosaic making! Grab your seat early for this one! NOV. 17: I will be opening our home for this ManifestYOU workshop on November 17. Please mark your calendar and RSVP quickly, as space is limited. Thank YOU for all you hold in this precious spinning world. I am SO excited to see what YOU manifest over these last months of our decade! Manifesting diffuser blend: Vision, self-assurance: Cassia (1) Zest and zeal: Lime (2) Progress, movement: Cypress (2) So much Love, Lynell Friends, I need to come out and say it.
"Busy" is not a badge of honor. "Stressed" is not a healthy way to live. Oh, your boss might think so. Your pals might use these words as they bristle with pride, and they well might feel pride in saying it. I have learned the hard way, these things can create self sabotage. Adrenal exhaustion, ulcers, tendons that can no longer perform the task of holding bones in alignment - I've been there. Not fun, and there is no pride in this. Bruce Lipton (The Biology of Belief) speaks about cells responding to stress as if they have been poisoned. We now find that the effects of trauma and stress can be passed along epigenetically to our children! It's time to unravel this belief system, and find more healthy pathways. Before the mind negatively affects the body in ways we can't un-do. In meditation this morning, I saw a need to energize myself with breathwork and oils that naturally uplift and energize. 🔥My diffuser is popping this morning with an energizing blend of three oils: Rosemary, grapefruit, and lime. These oils are expansive and also incredibly supportive emotionally: Rosemary: Knowledge & transition. 🌙 Rosemary brings expansion to the mind, helping us receive new information and experiences. We are invited to feel confident and trust in a higher power than ourselves. Grapefruit: Honoring the body. This oil teaches us true respect and appreciation for our physical body. ✨ This oil helps us realize that only love can fill the emotional needs we have. In this, we can find balance through gently acknowledging and filling our cup of self-love. Lime: Zest for life. When we have been weighed down by discouragement or grief, lime can elevate us above the mire. 🌱Encourages courage and cheer in the heart, and cleanses the heart from apathy and resignation. (Emotions & Essential Oils, 7th Ed., 2018) Friend, whatever you are carrying, you are not alone. Your thoughts become things if not herded like the crazy monkeys they can be. By changing our emotions, we can shift our thoughts. Tame those silly beasts, and please, reach out if I can help. 🙏🏽 Today. I breathe. Deeply and contentedly. Fully and with intention.
Yesterday, I forgot to ask others for help. I was filled with so many “to-do’s” that I lost track of the “to BE.” I may have lost sight of the gifts of others, and so I lost the gift of community. For a moment. For a breath. I see what gifts my friends and family are, and I am in such gratitude! Today I breathe in the blessings of all that is, of abundance of breath and possibilities. I know that I am to be the link to some solution for children of the earth. That by my letting go of tension and relaxing into all that is, I AM my highest good. I AM problem solver, I AM dreamer, I AM connector, I AM giving and receiving. My breathwork completes these circuits. Do YOU ever feel like you just can’t get the cobwebs cleared out during the day? If so, maybe a five minute energizer would help! Grab an oil that you love, that brings in oxygen: peppermint, frankincense, rosemary, breathe, sandalwood. Apply it to your pulse points, tip your head back and breathe deeply for three long, slow breaths. Sit with your feet planted squarely on the floor, head reaching to the heavens, shoulders low, hands gently on your lap. Breathe consciously, filling first the lower belly, in and up all the way through your core so your collarbones rise. As you breathe out, empty first your upper chest and lungs and feel collarbones sink, then belly last, squeezing every bit of air out of your belly firmly. Repeat for a count of ten breaths, then return to normal breathing. Rest into this place. Slow your breathing so each in breath extends out to 7-8 seconds, longer if possible… then breathe out completely and gently for the same count. Feel yourself expanding as you sit with your inner eye trained to the stars, the connections we all share filling you with light, with hope, maybe with a subtle inspiration… and spend five minutes in this space and time. Feel your energy rising to meet this “new” you. Step into this energy and stand face to face with your brilliance! In this time of waxing crescent moon, this is a great time to simplify and get life into “ship shape” – I feel an urgency to be focused and move boldly into the invitations of the universe! Can YOU feel it? I energize myself with breathwork and using oils that naturally create a sense of uplift and energy. My diffuser is popping this morning with an energizing blend of three oils: Rosemary, grapefruit, and lime. |
