1. Hello Energy!
Two drops each of Wild Orange, oil of abundance and Peppermint, oil of buoyancy. Apply to the wrists, rub onto the back of the neck and then take three deep breaths to let in the positive, uplifting aroma.
2. Calm Wellness.
Two drops each of Wild Orange and Eucalyptus, the oil of well-being. Apply these to the diffuser to fill your working or morning space with energy and a sense of well-being, or drip these drops onto the tiles while you are steaming up a shower for a true spa experience.

Yes, I am multi-passionate, maybe like yourself! Meaning, I work on different levels, helping others. Healing. Running energy on all levels. I AM many things. I DO love to find solutions in natural ways, digging to find the roots of the issue and offering novel solutions that work gently, wherever possible. I provide cellular neurological solutions with aromatherapy alongside Reiki energy healing. I see BE-ing EnLivened as our highest task here, and function as a wellness coach, bringing all the bodies together. Emotional. Mental Wellness. Physical Vitality. Spiritual Balance. As a problem solver, I love inspiring healthy shifts and am a purveyor of hope. I am a children's author and water scientist and love multi-faceted solutions. I am a mama Bear, and gather women so we can raise the energy and support each other in healing circles. The rich basket of community is so intricate, made up of all our own fabric and cultures.
Some common themes I see in my work are trapped feelings festering and becoming cellular inflammation as a source of dis-ease. When we feel not heard or supported, this can manifest as stuck energy. If we can provide natural solutions to move this through again, we peel back the onion layers and sometimes, our secondary issues (the symptoms) can resolve themselves.
For many of my clients, having personal support for their new wellness journey gives the consistency needed to jump start the life they've dreamt of... be it finding hormone balance, getting past stress and migraines naturally, having more solid and deep sleep, or helping reduce gut inflammation and tending that microbiome for improved digestion and mental balance.
The quarantine sure brought feelings of isolation for so many, and our conscious community became a safe haven and springboard of support! Insights become tangible goals, and quietude with prompts becomes fertile ground for the Soul's seeds to fall - nourished and growing with lunar cycle energy.

Loud noises can be really hard on certain two legged and four leggeds.
This Fourth of July can be a little gentler with the use of some powerful calming agents and emotional support!
I'd love to share some solid ideas on using your natural toolkit to help out your beloved four legged, baby, veteran, older person, or anyone sensitive to loud noises:
Clean out your diffuser with a paper towel and 30-60 mins before you plan to leave or before firework noise begins, begin diffusing calming oils in the area where your sensitive family member or pet will be spending time.
Maximize benefits by pairing Lavender oil up with one of these:
-restful blend (serenity),
-comforting blend (console),
-grounding blend (balance),
-reassuring blend (peace).
Apply serenity and balance oils both sequentially or blended, to your own pulse points and stay with the pet to calm and soothe, or apply directly on your family member. Remember, this combination is very effective at giving solace, reducing feelings of anxiousness and panic, and can normalize irregularities they may be feeling by applying directly over the heart and breathing in deeply.
With pets, if you hold them and have oils on your body or clothing, you act as a natural diffuser for them.
Place a few drops of any of these oils (above) onto your pet's favorite bed, blanket or toy to comfort during stressful times.
An oral supplement of copaiba can offer powerful neurological support, deliver antioxidants, and help relieve anxious feelings for pets or humans.
If your dog's diet does not yet have probiotics, you may consider bringing this in with omega-3... the use of probiotics has been found to lessen anxiety in dogs and reduce levels of cortisol.
You might get add a calming essential oil to your car's litter box, whether at home or traveling.
And we cannot emphasize this enough: Keep pets indoors and be sure they have plenty of fresh clean water.

Like the moon shines the light of the sun - what if... "Thank You," unspoken, feels the tear of being left out, for too many days, parched and without water?
What if gratitude, along with her beautiful sister, "Generosity of Spirit," needs our own voices to expand them into existence?
They say... we are made of stardust.
They say, we are in an expanding Universe.
I take that to mean,
that anything is possible.
but only, when we are working with eye contact, intention, and presence that meets the gaze of another levelly.
In presence. with open heart.
When we step into that place in response to another,
the energy passing between could spark a match or, just maybe, set a nebula in motion.
You just never know, my friend, unless we take a breath and open our heart, risk using that very breath to make eye contact and allow two universes to meet up in the simple presence of "Thank You."
My beautiful friends, the soul is calling me to share with you some creations I've been cooking up.
We can't be the only ones with severe allergies right now!
In our home, gluten has been wreaking havoc and creating massive inflammation... to the point that one yellow pollen curtain dropping out of a massive pine tree over our back lawn caused my kiddo two full days of not feeling well, and not able to breathe.
BIG wake up call for this mama.
Realizing the attention we have been giving to inflammation since C V D hit, our approaches for this type of inflammation can be the same as what we had to use in our home this week.
When this stuff gets so scary, you want to have the tools on hand to get it into the bloodstream and take the peak off immediately!
Also for any breathing issues, we must try Aromatically, to open the airways. We always talk about Lemon, Lavender, and Peppermint to mimick the effects of an allergy medicine - well, we got creative also! Frankincense helps greatly, as does lemongrass, for inflammation. I figure, our breathing tissues get fired up and crabby just like any overabused tissues.
So we went for it.
And we had to commit to repeating and maximizing the effects, but it worked! He was 70% back on Saturday, and 100% yesterday.

What a time we are living through!
I find myself really needing to check my responses to things happening in daily life, and asking if I am reacting... or responding. I realize we are all carrying such baggage from things that happened in our past, maybe unresolved, even unforgiven. Part of our human condition, for sure, yielding reactions that may be overly strong, instead of appropriate responses.
Are these externally-directed responses to internal emotions? Maybe yes. Maybe no. Meditation helps, yes. Our new moon circle was soothing for these fires I feel within, this last Saturday. The Shadow work helps so much, soothing our inner child and learning more about what is needed there.
So when I worked on my family yesterday, preparing for vaccine repeat and helping soothe a sore throat with a protocol from my Symphony of the Cells book... I couldn't help but feeling such appreciation for the essence of thyme. The oil is similar to oregano, but somehow so much more soothing to me right now. My sequence of oils placed oregano and thyme right next to each other in the lineup, and while oregano felt harsh and almost obtrusive, thyme had a sweet, flexible scent and feel.
Dipping into the Essential Emotions book, I was comforted with what I learned about thyme oil being the oil of releasing and forgiving. That this oil is one of the most powerful cleansers of the emotional body and helpful in releasing trapped feelings that have been long buried. While thyme can bring out unresolved negativity, clearing stagnant feelings, it can be helpful in treating toxic emotions. Transformation of rage, anger, and resentment can empty the soul of negativity and open our hearts.
This appeals so much to me, I now understand why it was drawing me in on a subconscious level, into awareness. It is my goal to find those places where my heart is closed, and soothe them so I may receive and give love more. I am no therapist, but I do know in my cells that emotional bondage is not where I want to live.
It turns out, Thyme has been used by the ancient Greeks to fight against infectious illnesses. This oil has also historically showed tonic effects on the nerves and stomach. This has been helpful for respiratory challenges and imbalances in the throat, and has been described as helping to relieve depressive thoughts and aid in concentration.
Louise Hay was one of the first authors I read who describes our mind-body connection, and the need to delve beneath the surface of any injury. She shares that healing the underpinnings of imbalanced physical states, those emotional or mental connections, we may bring light and a condition for healing. I so appreciate this insight and affirmation it provides, and the ability to share her insights with my own experience.
